Design: Based on customer needs, use professional design software to conduct 3D pattern design, determine the content, color, size and other details of the pattern.

Printing: Using digital printing technology, the designed 3D pattern is printed on the surface of the plastic floor. Usually, UV printers are used to ensure bright colors, high saturation, and strong durability of patterns.

Composite: The surface layer of the printed pattern is combined with the base layer of the plastic floor, and the two are tightly bonded through methods such as hot pressing or adhesive bonding to ensure the overall performance of the floor.

Post processing: Cutting, trimming, polishing and other post-processing processes are carried out on the composite floor to make its dimensions precise, edges neat, and surface smooth. Finally, quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the product meets the standards.
